I made a request for sexual alignment for my husband and I.

Since we started our bootcamp I cannot believe how I have changed. My thoughts about myself are kinder, loving, uplifting and empowering. I really like myself. I am looking at my body and seeing a sexy vixen. I feel lighter and my clothes are fitting better. I am eating when I am hungry and choosing nutrient rich foods.

I have a lot of energy and see each day as a success. I am seeing the good in others and myself. I am happy, laughing and positive. I am wanting to be closer to my husband and see all of this as success for my sexual alignment request and am grateful for every day! My husband asked me last night if I would be interested in taking Ballroom Dancing - I answered a resounding absolutely!
