After MM this morning with my partner where my request included:

talking to the Correct person at my credit card company....when I called I got Shawn who took care of my issue while I was on the phone. Success!

that we have the CORRECT worded complaint, complain filed in CORRECT court, and serve the CORRECT personnel that will bring ONLY positive results toward having our mortgage loan PAID IN FULLY quickly....we at noon today our lawyer called and told me that we need to move the lawsuit from Federal court to state court.....love using "CORRECT"....SUCCESS!!!
