We have had a 19" tv since 1984. We finally decided to get something a bit bigger and went on Craigslist. the one my husband bought turned out to be a dud with terrible color fades. My boys and I asked for something better and let it go. Last week we were at the Thrift store on 1/2 price day and I decided to measure the tv's for a fit.
While I was doing that a woman came up and said "I'll give you our old tv". I took her number and gave her mine. But I lost her number. Then she called me. My husband went to pick it up but it wasn't there and neither were they.
She called back the next day saying she'd lost my number and had to dig in the trash for it, but now the tv was there. My husband went by to pick it up again, and got it.
It fits in our space and has great color and sound! Thank you God for answering even the smallest requests. Now if we had tv service so we could watch the Superbowl...
