Is it too late to change shipping address or method?

General principles about shipping:

> All of our products are shipped out of a fulfillment warehouse in the Detroit, MI area (www.FulEx.com)

> Orders placed at our online store are transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse within seconds after it is completed.

> Any order placed before 1PM Eastern on regular business days is shipped the same day.

> At 1PM all orders are "printed" (ie: the shipping label is created and attached to a box for picking the order) and can only be intercepted for cancelling within a few minutes after 1PM.

> "regular business day" is any weekday that is not a National Holiday.

> Hence, we can usually cancel an order any time before that.

> Orders placed after 1PM are "printed" the following business day at 8AM, which then locks them in for delivery that day. Again, they may be intercepted, but not changed. ________________________________________

If you have completed an order and then discover an error on it, the only practical way to make any significant changes is to cancel the order and re-enter it. An exception is a change in shipping address or method that does not change the cost of shipping.

To cancel an order, *you *must* speak to someone at our office* - email or support tickets are not always reviewed timely enough to catch an order once it is in the system. 603-382-8848
