Q: Can we purchase these items with an order form and a check? Can you send us an order form with these items on it?
A: Our online store is designed to do this for you. There are two ways to do it: "Pay By Check" option and "Purchase Order" option.
1) With pay by check, you simply enter the entirs order, inculding selecting your shipping option, then select [Pay By Check] for payment type. You will then be shown the remittance address and be given the opportunity to print out the order for your requisition.
2) To be approved for placing an order with a Purchase Order, find the link in checkout for "Buying with a Purchase Order" and follow those instructions. You will fill out a form, we will approve it, then you can obtain your internal Purchase Order number and you will be able to check out by entering your P.O. number. If you need a print out of what you want to order before you can get a P.O. number from your purchasing department, please enter your order up to the shipping selection (to get your shipping amount) and print the order before completing it. When you abandon the order on the system, it will expire in an hour without any consequence.
