Mary, I first experienced the Personality Style Colors at a conference just over a year ago. After your session I was rejuvenated and felt like I could take on the world! I immediately signed up for your SuccessBytes Newsletter; these are just what I need to remind me how much influence I have on my life. I have been working up the nerve to ask my manager for a raise and that my position be rewritten for some time. After going through the Fall issue of Success Bytes, I took the Color assessment test again, the descriptions are so accurate, I am a Yellow, my manager is definitely a Red. I took the advice and decided the approach I needed to take with him was direct and to the point, rather than talking around it and building a case first. The rest of your articles gave me the extra boost of confidence I needed. I told him what I wanted & it worked!! We are in the process of reviewing the position to determine a new salary. Thanks so much Mary, you are doing a great job!!!

Mary, I was at the Seattle Conference and enjoyed your speaking. I am learning, although slowly. Your eAudios/MP-3s are wonderful. What a great idea. Thank you. My plan is to take everything I have learned at the Conference and am still learning to use to further my Navy Career. By the way, I had some staff at the Navy Hosp. take the Personality Assessment. It was extremely accurate. I think everyone got a good laugh, and a good look at how we view each other. A nice tool to have when trying to figure people out. ;-)

I have given everyone in my office the Personality Assessment Inventory you gave us. 90% of the people are green and blue. My 19 year old clerical person is a yellow (party, party, party). I'm not surprised to find out that I am the only one that comes even close to red. When I look at the personality scores of some of the people I "butt heads with," I can understand why it happens better now. I'm a red, they're blues!
